The Product details
The base of the machine is made of cast iron , which takes up the most weight of the machine, in some extent it can avoid vibration by unbalanced load and make sure the stablility of the machine body.
There is a drain pipe at the bottom of the machine and a small engine next to the fuselage for easy machine repair.The machine cover is covered with a wooden protective layer to prevent accidental injury from electrical leakage.
The outer shell of the machine is made of stainless steel or steel, the hub is made of stainless steel plate.

How dose it work?
The first setting is dehydrates and generates heat; the second setting only dehydrates.You can select the gear as needed.
1. Physical Deh ydration Stage: Centrifugal Force
This is the first step in the drying process and the most efficient water removal stage. Its principle is similar to the "spin-dry" mode of a household washing machine.
High-Speed Rotation: The motor drives the internal basket (or drum) to rotate at extremely high speeds.
Moisture Separation: According to Newton's laws of motion, water adhering to the surface of the workpiece gains tremendous centrifugal force under high-speed rotation. When this force exceeds the surface tension of water, the water is "thrown" off the workpiece surface.
Exhaust System: The ejected water passes through the mesh of the basket, impacts the outer drum wall, and is then discharged outside the machine through the drain pipe at the bottom.
2. Accelerated Drying Stage: Hot Air Convection
To remove residual trace moisture that centrifugation cannot remove (such as droplets in dead corners or blind holes of parts), the machine activates the heating system.
Heat Source Supply: Electric heating elements located on the machine cover or side generate heat.
Forced Convection: The airflow generated by the centrifugal rotation, or a dedicated built-in fan, forcibly draws hot air into the rotating drum.
Evaporation and Removal: The hot air comes into full contact with the workpiece, heating and evaporating any remaining moisture into water vapor, which is then rapidly expelled with the airflow, achieving a thorough drying effect.
