Guangzhou QLQ Enterprise Co., Ltd. (广州市奇欧奇实业有限公司) is a Chinese manufacturer and exporter of surface-finishing lines and zipper-making machinery, operating since 2012. Who are you — a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Our own production bases are the Qingyuan plant (10,000 m²) and the Huadu Shiling plant, both in Guangdong Province, China. Because we own the metalworking, assembly and chemical-blending capability, we control lead times, spare-part supply and process troubleshooting ourselves rather than passing them to a third party.
Buyers are welcome to visit and audit the factory. We can arrange a live video walkthrough of the workshop, or receive your inspectors or a third-party inspection agency on site.

How do you verify quality before shipping?
We work to an ISO 9001 quality management system and our machinery is supplied CE compliant. Where a certificate or declaration is relevant to your order, we issue it with the equipment documentation so it can be checked against the issuing body.
On the process side, every line we deliver is validated against measurable acceptance criteria rather than a verbal promise — for example salt-spray hours to white rust on a plated part, coating-thickness range, tape/adhesion test results and colour tolerance against an approved sample. We also supply an installation and operation manual, chemical technical data sheets (TDS) and operator training with each line, so your team can hold the same numbers after we leave.

How is a project controlled from enquiry to production?
The sequence is deliberately fixed so nothing is left to interpretation: part drawing and sample review → process route proposal → bath/sample trial with reported results → line configuration and quotation → manufacture and pre-delivery inspection → shipment → on-site installation and commissioning → operator training → production support. During installation, a QLQ engineer stays with your team until the line hits the agreed output and quality figures. After that, you keep the same engineer as your technical contact for process upgrades, spare parts and chemicals.
What about environment, wastewater and compliance?
Plating and painting lines are only as good as their waste handling. Our process design separates concentrated rinses from low-concentration rinses so rinse water can be recycled back to the tank, and we integrate drag-out recovery and counter-flow rinsing to cut both chemical consumption and the load on your treatment plant. We size and specify the wastewater treatment and exhaust/scrubber scope together with the line, so the shop can meet the discharge and emission limits set by the local authority where it is installed — this is a standard part of our turnkey scope, not an afterthought.
Who will look after us after the sale?
Our 35 senior engineers work across mechanical design, electrical/automation, plating chemistry and mould making, so a problem gets routed to the right discipline instead of being answered generically. Support includes remote diagnosis, spare-part supply from our own factory, chemical re-supply with consistent formulation, and on-site visits when a process issue genuinely needs hands on the line. Customers who join us for a first line usually come back for the second and third — which is the only kind of reference we consider meaningful.
