1. Alkaline Copper Tank
The alkaline copper plating tank is a core process unit that performs copper plating on workpieces using an alkaline electroplating solution, and it is primarily applied for undercoat preparation prior to subsequent plating procedures.

3. Acid Copper Tank
The acid copper plating tank is a process unit that conducts copper plating on workpieces with acidic electroplating solution. Usually following the alkaline copper undercoating process, its core functions are to improve coating flatness and increase the thickness of the copper coating.

5. Shiny Nickel Tank
1、Nickel-containing Plating Low cost with higher luster than nickel-free plating, but not eco-friendly. 2、Nickel-free Plating High cost with slightly lower luster, yet eco-friendly and safe. It is ideal for high-end products and jewelry items (e.g., necklaces, ear studs). 3、Applying nickel-containing or nickel-free plating as a base before subsequent color plating can enhance the final coating’s luster and adhesion. For this reason, high-end clients generally opt for nickel/nickel-free plating prior to further color finishing.
