Yes. SDS and COA are issued per lot. Tell us the destination country so the SDS is supplied in the required format and language.

Can we get a trial quantity first?

Yes. Trial packs are quoted separately and shipped with the analytical method, so your lab can verify the material against the current bath before switching.

What packing and shelf life should we expect?

Standard export packing in drums or jerry cans with inner liner. Shelf life depends on the product - typically 12 months in a closed container, stored away from heat and direct sunlight.

How is it shipped - is it dangerous goods?

Some products are classed as dangerous goods and need the correct UN packing and documentation. We confirm the classification and the shipping route before quoting freight.

Can you match a competitor's additive?

Send the TDS and a bath sample. We compare the operating window and analytical method, then run a Hull cell panel before recommending a replacement.
