Barrel gold plating: 24K gold layer on zinc alloy parts in gold electrolyte
Gold barrel plating deposits the decorative gold layer on zinc alloy hardware
Barrel chromium plating: bright chrome layer with local exhaust
Chromium barrel plating deposits the bright wear-resistant chrome layer on zinc alloy parts
Gun color barrel plating: black nickel finish on zinc alloy hardware
Gun color (black nickel) barrel plating gives zinc alloy parts the dark gunmetal finish
Nickel tin barrel plating: nickel barrier then tin top coat for zinc alloy
Nickel-tin barrel plating adds the nickel barrier and tin top coat to zinc alloy parts
Acid copper plating barrel: bright copper build-up in perforated drum
Acid copper plating thickens the copper layer on zinc alloy parts in the rotating barrel

FAQ

Why do parts at the barrel ends plate thicker?

Current path. The contacts sit at the ends, so the load near them sees higher density - rotate and reverse cycle direction.

How do we plate very small parts without losing them?

Fine mesh barrels and a screened rinse. Also count weight in and out - losses are usually handling, not plating.
