What it is and what it does. Crystal clear lacquer QLQ-L55 is the dedicated clear topcoat for slider lacquering, formulated to give a glass-clear, hard film on bright-plated sliders.
- Colourless transparent liquid, applied by dipping or spraying in the standard slider lacquering line.
- Formulated for the specific wear and flexing that a zipper slider sees in service, where a generic lacquer would crack.
- Adhesion on nickel and chrome is the key performance property and it depends on the cleaning and the activation before coating.
