What it is and what it does. Zipper lacquer additive QLQ-206B is component B of the QLQ-206 additive pair, controlling the slip, the surface feel and the drying behaviour of the slider lacquer.
- Pale yellow clear liquid, dosed in small amounts together with QLQ-206A.
- Surface slip matters on zipper sliders because the parts must slide freely in the finished zip without sticking.
- Added to the lacquer at mixing time and used within the pot life of the batch.
