What it is and what it does. High-strength clear lacquer agent A is the resin component of the two-part clear lacquer used to protect plated zipper sliders and hardware against tarnishing and wear.
- Colourless clear liquid; used together with the hardener (agent B) at the ratio stated on the process sheet.
- Formulated as a two-component system because the mixed lacquer has a limited pot life once the hardener is added.
- Used mainly on bright nickel, chrome and gold-coloured parts where the appearance must survive handling and packing.
