What it is and what it does. Special thinner is the solvent blend formulated for the lacquer and paint systems used in the QLQ finishing lines, used to set the working viscosity and the drying speed.
- Colourless clear volatile liquid; flammable, with the usual solvent storage requirements.
- The blend is matched to the coating system so that the film dries at the correct rate for the line speed and the oven.
- Viscosity is checked with a flow cup at the start of each batch.
