What it is and what it does. QLQ-025 is a nickel wetting agent that lowers the surface tension of the bath and prevents the pitting caused by hydrogen bubbles sticking to the work.
- Colourless to pale yellow clear liquid, dosed at a low concentration.
- Pitting is one of the most common reject causes in nickel plating, and a wetting agent is the first line of defence.
- Also helps to wet blind holes and recessed areas, which matters on complex hardware shapes.
