What it is and what it does. Ni30A is the semi-bright nickel replenisher of the Ni30 system, used to hold the additive balance during production after the bath has been made up.
- Pale yellow clear liquid, dosed against the ampere-hour or the analysis, whichever the process sheet specifies.
- Maintains the levelling and the sulphur-free character of the semi-bright layer.
- Used together with the Ni30B potential difference agent, which is what creates the electrical potential difference between the nickel layers.
